By installing or using SeeItOnYou, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description
SeeItOnYou provides AI-powered virtual try-on software for ecommerce merchants. The service allows shoppers to upload photos and generate AI-based visual previews of selected products.
SeeItOnYou is intended to support product visualization. It does not guarantee exact product fit, exact sizing, exact measurements, or purchase outcomes.
2. Merchant Account
To use SeeItOnYou, you may need a Shopify store and permission to install apps. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining your Shopify store
- Configuring app settings
- Selecting eligible products
- Ensuring your product images are accurate
- Complying with applicable laws
- Maintaining your customer-facing privacy disclosures
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use SeeItOnYou to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or explicit content
- Violate privacy rights
- Mislead customers
- Generate deceptive product representations
- Reverse engineer the service
- Interfere with app security
- Abuse AI generation credits
- Use the app for non-commerce misuse
- Violate Shopify policies or applicable laws
4. AI-Generated Results
AI-generated try-on previews may vary in quality and accuracy. You acknowledge that:
- AI results are visual previews
- Results may not perfectly represent real-world appearance
- Results may not preserve every product detail
- Results should not be presented as exact fit or sizing guarantees
- Merchants are responsible for accurate product descriptions and policies
5. Customer Photos
Customer photos are processed to generate try-on results. Merchants must ensure that their store privacy policy and customer disclosures properly explain the use of SeeItOnYou where required. Merchants must not use SeeItOnYou to collect or process customer photos without appropriate notice or consent.
6. Billing
Paid plans may be billed through Shopify or another approved billing method. Plans may include:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Usage-based credits
- Extra credit purchases
- Trial or free plan limits
Fees are shown in the app billing interface or pricing page. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or Shopify billing policies.
7. Usage Credits
AI generation may be limited by monthly credits. A credit may be used when a try-on generation is started, completed, or processed, depending on the final billing configuration. Unused credits may not roll over unless specifically stated.
8. App Availability
We aim to keep SeeItOnYou available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be affected by:
- AI provider downtime
- Shopify API issues
- Hosting outages
- Maintenance
- Network issues
- Merchant theme conflicts
- Product image quality
- Customer photo quality
9. Intellectual Property
SeeItOnYou owns its platform, technology, software, branding, website content, app interface, and related intellectual property. Merchants retain ownership of their store data and product content. Customers retain rights to their uploaded photos, subject to the permissions required to generate try-on results.
10. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or feature ideas, you allow SeeItOnYou to use that feedback to improve the product without obligation to compensate you.
11. Termination
You may stop using SeeItOnYou by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay fees, or create risk for customers, merchants, Shopify, or SeeItOnYou.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeItOnYou is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
13. Disclaimer
SeeItOnYou is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will increase sales, reduce returns, eliminate customer hesitation, or produce perfect AI results.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SeeItOnYou after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
